We are inviting MD students to submit original clinical case studies and research abstracts for the poster presentation at the Joint International Conference (JIC) 2025. The event will take place from January 10 to 12, 2025 at Marengo CIMS Hospital, focusing on clinical studies and clinical case(s).

Abstract Submission Guidelines:

• Abstract must be typed in MS Word, single-spaced, using Times New Roman, 12-point font for titles, and 11-point font for the rest.
• Each abstract should contain 200-250 words and follow a structure:
  • For clinical studies: Background, Method, Results, and Conclusion.
  • For clinical cases: Case history, Diagnosis, Management, Discussion, and Outcome.
• Author details should include the surname first, along with affiliations.

Poster Specifications:

• Poster size: 6.5 feet (2 meters) in height and 3.28 feet (1 meter) in width.
• A fee of INR 300 is required for submission.
• Posters must be in English and should not have been previously presented.
• Complimentary registration is provided to the presenting author and co-authors.
• Posters must be displayed half an hour before the session.

Prizes:

• First prize: INR 5000 (Clinical Study) and INR 4000 (Clinical Case).
• Second prize: INR 2500 (Clinical Study) and INR 2000 (Clinical Case).
• Third prize: INR 1500 (Clinical Study) and INR 1000 (Clinical Case).

Deadlines:

• Abstracts must be submitted via Google Form from September 14 to November 14, 2024.
